There are various factors that can contribute to the development of fibroids. The most common factors are the following:
- A sedentary lifestyle. People who have less physical activity are more prone to develop fibroids as the body is unable to shed off its wastes, allowing them to be stored longer in the body with harmful results.
- Heavy consumption of caffeine. Caffeine consumption can trigger an increase in the production of estrogen that in turn causes fibroid growth.
