Actually your only supposed to stop your urination once each time, doing it more can cause UTI. If you stop your urination it’s the wall of your vagina. Most women who were tight then get a little bit lose have had kids. If a women is lose chances are she was always. It all depends on the size of the pelvic. Kegel’s and vagina balls are your best bet though cause it tightens your muscles.

I have used the weighted balls they work, they are awesome. I have 2 children, I don’t have a man I use my toys and after using the balls for a week when I pull my toy out its almost like a kissing sound so I recommend the balls. I have tried the kegels by themselves and the reaction wasn’t as good as when I used the weighted vagina balls.

Your tip sounded really good and I’d like to start trying what you did. Could you please tell me where you got the exact weighted vagina balls that you used from? Sorry I know this reply is like 7 months after you posted your comment but I really need some help in this department and your comment sounds just what I need to be doing. Anyway I hope you wouldn’t mind replying to me as soon as possible please :)

At C D you can find the weight balls or ben wa balls at your local store. They come in different sizes. You should start big and gradually go smaller as your vagina gets tighter. I bought some small ones and inserted them at home and while I was in the bathroom doing my hair, they fell out.

Someone suggested using ‘blue soap’…I’m not sure about that but there’s something called African Black Soap that when used really does temporarily tighten the vagina. When I use it before intercourse with my hubby I actually get TOO tight and he has trouble getting it in.

I think the soap dries you up down there and that’s how it works…a lot of the time when a woman is too aroused (wet) the vagina gets too ‘slippery’ and the man doesn’t feel anything. With the soap it dries you up some and causes friction or resistance down there-but not to the point where you’d be irritated down there. A friend was telling me about this and it really works.

They sell this soap at Target-I don’t know where else but Target has it for sure.

(P.S. I also heard that women put sugar in their vaginas to create friction as well-I don’t know how safe that is.)

ALOE from an aloe plant really works and it’s safe. Let me know how it works for you. I also used a pelvic toner (just like a Kegel master) but it looks like it made the vagina bigger. I have three children, all with normal delivery and it helped me out a lot

This one worked for me. In the middle of my urination, I hold it for 5 seconds, than I continue. I drink a lot of water, and it helps me pee more so I could urinate more often and do the exercise. Also, I sleep with a small tampon in so my walls can get used to the small nice and stretch. Also, I close and open my vagina repeatedly for 5 minutes thrice a day. Now my vagina is so tight.

Also try wash it with very cold water. The results are perfect if you do it every time you take a bath.

I use cold water and some little lemon juice and it works perfectly. I use it less often since my vagina is ok. I have a baby and after giving birth to her I used to sit in warm salted water for a week and that helped me a lot.

I know how important it is to have a tight Vagina and this is what I did and it worked. I am taking a bath with cold water and I mean really cold, at least twice a day. It will do wonders for you, and you’ll see results fast, just within two Weeks.

Do you just have to wash it with cold water? Or actually you have to dip in cold water and if so, how long while bathing? How long the tight feeling lasts? You have to follow the ways regularly for maintaining tightness or only before intercourse.

Dipping in cold water may contract the vaginal muscles for a while, but it is not going to help in a long way. Instead practicing more scientific method such as Kegel exercise has long term benefits.

I have delivered five kids and have never done any exercises because I was fine until now. After my last delivery I have noticed can’t feel my husband inside me and it’s very difficult to reach orgasm.

Please does anyone have a suggestion on what I should do? Also can someone tell me where I can get Vagina balls, as someone has suggested that, in South Africa?

I am a bit confused on the vinegar and water method, you put the vinegar in a tub of cold water and sit in it. How does this help? Is there a specific type of vinegar to use or will any kind do? I use the Kegel exercise and it works but I’d like it to be bit tighter.
Also, I tend to get very wet during intercourse. Is there anything that can help with that? I noticed someone say something about African black soap, does that really work And is it safe to use?

Black soap is also called African soap. It is usually made from the ash of harvested plants and barks such as plantain, palm tree leaves, cocoa pods etc. The soap contains many ingredients and oils. It contains shea butter and thus it protects the sensitive skin. However, its use for tightening vaginal muscles is not known. Instead, Kegel exercise for tightening the pelvic muscles is more scientific and approved method.

I’m reading a lot of these comments and I see that women are complaining about being wet but being wet is a good thing. Being dry isn’t great. Sometimes if you are too loose you can go to the doctor and find out you might have a bacterial infection. Using lot of different soaps and creams etc isn’t good either because that can cause yeast infection or bacterial infection. Hot baths and plenty of Kegel’s exercise works for me.

I like the vaginal tightening suppository; it’s convenient, hygienic, works in 20 minutes and keeps me tight for about a day.
Kegels are great but I don’t have time to remember.
The other creams don’t seem to work.

Kegel exercise is best to tighten your vagina. It is an exercise aimed at strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. Stop the urine flow in midstream and let it flow again after few seconds. You can also purchase a pelvic exerciser and use it. Insert pelvic exerciser in vagina and squeeze the pelvic muscles around it. In other words hold it tightly. There are certain yoga postures which can also strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

I find Kegel exercise is the best bet. If I were any of you, I would not be sticking foreign objects, nor weird creams, or anything that is harmful or unsafe in my vagina. Fortunately for me, I don’t have this problem or the “overly wet” problem, but I’ve always done Kegels and they are the easiest, safest, proven, and comfortable way of helping you with your problem.

Kegel’s exercise is considered to be best for building pelvic muscles. It is simple exercise for pelvic floor. While urinating stop in midstream for few seconds and then let the urine flow again. Do this ten times in a day. Once you practice it, you can also do without the act of urination.

It is necessary for you to check with your doctor. He may advise you for certain tests such as urine routine examination, culture and sensitivity test of urine examination. These pathological tests will help to exactly identify the causative organism as well as to which antibiotic they are sensitive at. Your doctor will prescribe the necessary antibiotics to treat the cause. At the same time, your partner should also be treated. Also practice safe sex methods; use of condom, vaginal diaphragm may help to prevent further infection after complete treatment. Avoid multiple partners. Drink lot of water. Coconut water once or twice in a day is beneficial in reducing burning sensation produced in UTI.

Bacterial or yeast infection may give rise to embarrassing symptoms such as itching, burning, redness and swelling of vulva (outer skin folds of vagina), but it does not make the vagina loose permanently.
