Hemorrhoids Causes and Prevention:
Most common cause of pain while passing stools and slight bleeding is hemorrhoids or piles. It is one of the common symptoms which we come across due to our lifestyle. Piles are swelling of the veins around the rectum. There are two types of piles-
- Internal piles and
- External piles.
In internal piles usually we come across lots of bleeding and in external piles bleeding is usually not much but pain while passing stools is always present.
There is soreness of the area and irritation on sitting. Person is not able to sit comfortably. Main cause of piles is constipation of long chronic type.
Natural Cures for Piles:
- Figs (dry) are effective home remedies for piles. A regime has to followed while treatment of piles with figs. Dry figs are thoroughly washed with warm water and stored in dark glass jar. Take 4-5 figs and soak them in a glass of water overnight. In morning on empty stomach this figs are to be consumed and also the water in which they are soaked. This procedure is to be done in evening as well. This procedure is to be continued for a month at least.
- Seeds of figs are very good for those with constipation. They enhance bowel movement and thus reduce pain and associated symptoms.
- Turnip leaves are beneficial in treatment of hemorrhoids. Leaves are crushed and juice is extracted from it. Extract at least 50ml of juice. This juice should be mixed with juice extract of spinach or carrot or watercress (equal amount). Proper diet should be taken after consumption of this mixture.
- Herb called chebulic myroblan is a well known remedy for piles. It has laxative properties and it also have astringent properties. Fruit is roasted in cluster oil till it is brown in color and then grounded and made into powder form. Take ½ teaspoon of it before going to bed. Laxative properties will bring normal bowel movement and astringent properties will help healing of the piles. For external application the paste is prepared by adding some coconut oil to the powder.
