- Pain lasts around 3 days.
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Blurring vision, black spots or zigzag line appear before the eyes, or partly blank vision.
- The headache is usually accompanied by weakness in an arm or leg and tingly and numb feeling.
- Patients are usually compulsive workers due to which the head and neck muscles are overworked and continuously stressed.
- When they relax, blood is pushed through the vessels (which expands) and causes pain.
Treatment of Migraine Headaches
- People should involve themselves in simple chores.
- They should build physical resistance through constructive thinking, exercise and proper nutrition.
- Breakfast – Both fresh and dried fruits or glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Lunch – largely protein foods.
- Dinner – Raw salads, whole-wheat bread/cereals/rice or potato.
Water Treatment for Migraine Headaches
- Copious drinking water, cold throat pack, hot foot bath, cleansing enema, apply towels wrung in hot water to the back of the neck frequently.
- Apply cold compress to the head and face.
- Apply hot fomentation to the abdominal region before sleeping for headaches due to stomach and liver.

Migraine can definitely be cured naturally by following ways
1. Apply a cold pack in the forehead region, this helps in circulation of blood back to the veins.
2. Applying a poultice of henna paste helps a lot in controlling migraine.
3. Cinnamon powder when applied once in a day or taken at least 4 times in a day with cold water helps in bringing migraine to control.

I have had migraines for a long time. I found that natural remedies did not work of we did not try for a long period of time. i tried these home remedies for migraine and for a few weeks and stopped.
