1. Proper hygiene should be maintained of the arm pits, dry the perspiration when ever possible. Wash the armpits properly while bathing.
2. Wear cotton blouse and tops, avoid friction of the skin.
3. Instead of shaving your underarms, wax them, because it will remove the dead skin together with the hair.
4. Do not apply any deodorants; they may contain alcohol and chemicals harmful to the skin.
The above precautions will be helpful.
You can also apply sandalwood paste prepared from rose water and sandalwood powder. Apply it for few minutes before washing it with plain water.
Vitamin E oil is also used to whiten the underarms.
