Causes of Gall Bladder Disorders
- Digestive disturbance is the main cause.
- Excessive intake of fats and refined carbohydrates regularly promotes it.

Types of Gall Stones – Depending on the cause of their formation there are 3 types

Natural Cure of Gall Bladder Disorders
- For Acute Gall Bladder inflammation, fast for 2-3 days on water. Followed by carrot, beet, lemon or grape juice for few days. The patient should eat small frequent meals with essential nutrients.
- Diet to be followed –
- On arising – fresh fruit juice or warm water mixed with lemon juice and honey.
- Breakfast – skimmed powder milk, 2 slices of whole meal toast and fresh fruit.
- Mid morning – fresh fruit juice.
- Lunch – vegetable soup, vegetable salad with lemon dressing.
- Dinner – brown rice, lightly cooked vegetables, baked potato, vegetable juice and 1 glass of buttermilk.
- Water Treatment – Cold hip bath improves abdominal tone, hot fomentation or packs to the upper abdominal area helps ease gallstone colic.
- Exercise and yoga tone up liver and gall bladder.
