Excessive Sweating Remedy | Natural Cures for Perspiration Prevention

Question: I have extreme underarm sweating. It doesn’t matter if I just showered, or used starch, baking soda, dry sol, cotton clothes or anything. I am extremely frustrated and considering to get some form of surgery.

Perspiration or sweating is a means of elimination of the wastes through the surface of the skin. The pores present, discharge sweat and aid in the detoxification process.

  • The most common and effective remedy for excess sweating is using an anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, pleasant-smelling soap.
  • Wearing cotton clothes is the next best option, since cotton absorbs the sweat.
  • I would advice you to continue using baking soda on and off along with the other measures recommended. Baking soda absorbs sweat and most importantly kills bacteria.
  • Apple cider vinegar, white vinegar and alcohol are other remedies that will be of great benefit to curb sweating.
  • What you eat and drink is directly related to your perspiration and body odor.
    So eat right. Eat healthy. Steer clear of all processed foods. Stick to organic foods only.
  • Also, avoid too much red meat.
  • Removing the hair from the armpit keeps the area clean and helps prevent sweat rings.
  • Drink plenty of water. 10-12 glasses a day are advocated.
