Answer: Contraceptive pill is not needed if copper T is inserted to avoid pregnancy. It will not serve any purpose. But it can be used to regulate menses, even though copper T is fitted.
White discharge is also called leucorrhea, the most common cause of vaginal white discharge are:

Home Remedies for Vaginal White Discharge
- Amaranth root, it is excellent remedy for white discharge.
- Lady’s finger: it is a house hold vegetable, boil 100gms of this vegetable for 20 minutes, strain it and sweeten it.Give this decoction daily, it is useful not only in leucorrhea but in other genitourinary disease as well.
- Fenugreek seeds: it can be taken in the form of tea, and externally as a douche. For a douche 2 tablespoon of fenugreek is mixed in 1 liter of water, and allow to simmer for half hour on low flame. Let it get cool, and then the decoction is strained and used as a douche.
- Guava leaves infusion is used as a douche; it is a powerful vaginal astringent.
- Make a paste of inner part of mango seed and apply it in the vagina, it acts well.
- The remaining water of the cooked rice if consumed, acts as a good remedy for white discharge.
- Take a glass of water an add 1 tsp of coriander seeds keep it overnight, then drink the water next morning, it is another useful home remedy for white discharge from vagina.
- Cranberry juice is also useful to cure leucorrhea.
- Bananas: Eat 2 bananas daily, it is very effective in vaginal white discharge.
General condition such as anemia should be addressed if present.
