Here are some effective natural boil cures:
- A diet of fresh fruits for 2-3 days, warm water enema should be administered daily to cleanse bowels.
- The patient should be given a well balanced diet.
Constipation should be overcome. - Sugary, starchy, fatty foods, tea and coffee, sauces, pickles and condiments should be avoided.
- The juice of garlic or onion / or mixture of both the juices should be applied externally to help the boils ripen and break.
- Betel leaves should be gently warmed till they are softened, castor oil should be applied on it and the leaf should be placed on the inflamed area and should be replaced every few hours.
- A cup of bitter-gourd juice, mixed with 1tsp of lime juice should be sipped slowly on an empty stomach for few days.
- Dry roots of turmeric should be roasted, mixed with water and applied over affected area.
- Black cumin seeds should be ground with water and paste should be applied.
- Warm moist compresses 4 times a day, daily friction in the morning, cold sponge, fresh air, out-door exercises, physical and breathing exercises are beneficial.
