Home Remedies for Pain in Ankle and Palm | Causes and Natural Treatment

Question: I’m having pain from my ankle down to my palm. The pain is just like someone suffering from anemia. Can you tell me what can be cause of this? Also please suggest me some home remedies and natural treatment which will give relief from pain in to ankle my palm.

• Check your footwear. Faulty footwear could be giving you trouble.
