- Block out all noise and disturbances and concentrate on the subtle sound that is created when the nostrils open up and there is a slight friction with the air.
- Listen attentively.
- You might get distracted initially; just draw your mind back gently.
- Stay in the dhyan mudra for about 10 to 15 minutes.
