Diet and Depression:

Another set of studies examined and found that there was a strong correlation between food allergies and depression and people suffering from any form of food allergy are more prone to be depressed than others.
These set of studies clearly emphasized that poor eating practices can cause depression by failing to provide essential nutrients for effective and proper functioning of the brain. One of the most common deficiencies associated with depression is that of B complex vitamins, which act as powerful mood regulators.
