Dhanurasana (bow pose):

  1. Lie face down onto your mat.
  2. Bring the heels close together. Reach back with your hands to grasp the ankles
  3. Inhale and lift the feet off the floor. Lift your thighs as high as possible.
  4. Now lift the head and chest. Keep the arms straight and pull the shoulders back. Tilt the head back and look up.
  5. Hold for a few breaths, and then gradually release the pose.

You might find this pose a little difficult initially, but with regular practice it becomes very easy.
