Hard Painful Stool Causes: Home Remedies For Pain When Passing Stool

Having hemorrhoids is an uncomfortable and painful situation. It causes the blood vessels and the surrounding tissue in your rectum to become swollen. There are times that they become tender, but worse cases can cause the tissue to just fall away from your anus and just hang outside it.

One leading cause of hemorrhoids when there is initial pain while passing stools is constipation. It can also cause bleeding when passing feces. There is painful stools treatment that you need to try to avoid constipation and hemorrhoids at the same time.

Causes Of Initial Pain When Passing Stool

Constipation is said to be the leading cause of hemorrhoids, which is why you need to know painful stools treatment before you can treat your hemorrhoids.

One of the byproducts of constipation is a compacted fecal matter, which results to having hard stools. When this passes through your rectum, it can exert too much pressure on the tissue there that will lead to piles.

Sometimes, it might twist the tissue as it passes into your rectum that will loosen up the layers of tissue in your anal canal. If this continues, a prolapsed hemorrhoid will begin to develop which is when the piles hang out in your anus.

Home Remedies For Painful Stool Treatment

  • One of the painful stools treatments that you can try is taking laxatives.
Laxative is a food, compound, or drugs that loosens the stool or induces bowel movements and at the same time aids in the digestion process in order to prevent constipation. Staying active like getting plenty of exercise helps the body’s metabolism and relieves constipation naturally.
  • A diet rich in fiber like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can also help when having constipation. These types of food can be easily digested and can therefore pass through the system quickly resulting to a softer stool. Food that has been highly processed like hotdog, bacon or canned goods should be avoided. Fish that is rich in omega 3 is also known to be helpful to the digestive system and effectively cleanses the colon.
  • Stress is another contributory factor to constipation and hemorrhoids, chronic stress to be more specific. This can alter the metabolism process for good by secreting excess cortisol and adrenaline. It modifies the way the body tries to metabolize the food and diverts the blood flow from the stomach area. This can also contribute to having either constipation or diarrhea.
  • Another of the holistic painful stools treatment is cold water. Taking in only cold water throughout the day is an effective remedy for constipation. It regulates the pH value in the intestines which speeds up the metabolism process naturally.

I keep getting information but the wrong information. Can someone please tell me what to take or what to do to get just a simple bowelment without having extreme constipation along with pain in the rectum? What can I take for a softer stool without drawing blood at the end of the rectum? A simple bowel movement without taking prescription drugs.

Eat fiber regularly. Such as Wheaties, or some other cereal for breakfast. If you don’t eat breakfast then you need to start doing so. Run 2 to 3 times a week as well. Apples and bananas also will help. I am NOT a doctor. If you are lucky enough to have health insurance see a doctor/nutritionist.

I have been having problems with my stool for the past few months and I thought maybe it was due to the medication I am taking. I did start eating fiber foods even though it is better but still I do feel some pain while passing stool. Please help me with some remedies.
