I started experiencing pain during my periods. I also have gas and noise in my stomach. My abdomen hurts a lot when I have to let gas out. Is this a problem due to the diet? Or is this a side effect of my menstrual cycle? I have never had the problem of excessive gas, flatulence or abdominal pain earlier.
