Hi, I am having kidney stone since last 10 year, had one left kidney operation in 2001, stone are recurring again, am taking mapro barley + lemon juice with water. would like to know is there any other product which will help to prevent & remove existing stone.
No one seemed to answer the original question i.e. what is the nutritional value of barley water. I can find the nutritional value of barley but would like to know what percentages of the nutrients have leached out into the water (since I’ve been giving the cooked barley to the birds). Also, will the barley water lose some of its nutritional value over time? (I’ve been making it in rather large quantities.) And – does grinding the barley before boiling it produce’healthier’ water?
