- One common strategy employed by those affected by bacterial Vaginosis is to increase the amount of good bacteria in the body which fends off the negative impact of Vaginosis. One common way to do this is to increase the consumption of buttermilk. Doing so enhances the immune system of the body while seeking to provide a balanced environment in the vagina.
