  • Using cheesecloth or muslin, strain the mixture in order to separate the oregano oil from the leaves.
  • Squeeze the muslin to extract as much oregano oil as possible.
  • Transfer the oil in a jar and label it with the date it was made. The shelf life of oregano oil is six months.
  • Store in a cool, dark place.
