    Congratulation! Maintaining this range of blood pressure at your age is good. Do you take any medicines for hypertension or diabetes? If you are not suffering from any of these disease just relax and enjoy life. If there is any problem such as dizziness or breathlessness consult your doctor for further checkup and treatment.
