  • Avoid rubbing your armpits.
  • Do not apply powder as it will irritate your armpits.
  • Eat foods high in vitamin C, A, and B complex, as well as foods high in protein. This diet will aid in tissue repair and will enhance wound healing process.
  • Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes. This will cause increased friction on the armpits.
