What to do when I am exhausted and thirsty after a strenuous workout? Is it safe to drink plenty of fluids when I am still sweating or should I let the body cool down before I drink water? Sometimes I have a pain in my stomach after I drink water post exercise. Although I am completely dehydrated, I wait for a while before I drink anything.
