Alcohol Causes Back Pain
There are some studies that have revealed that back pain and alcohol has no significant relationship with each other. However, an increasing consumption of alcohol may lead to back pain and other serious diseases such as liver disorders that later expound to cancer. On the other hand, there are some other causes of back pain, this can be a result of injury, tumor, muscle strain, spasm and arthritis.
Effects of Alcohol
Moderately taken, alcohol is good for the heart. But an excessive drinking of alcohol can lead to many effects and this includes the following:
- Back pain.Although there is no direct relation, back ache and alcohol consumption in excess can be associated.
- Severe conditions. Eventually, unnecessary consumption of alcohol is leading to some severe conditions like heart attack, cardiovascular problem, gastrointestinal problems, and other serious health problems.
- Alcohol addiction or alcoholism. The most provoking problem as a result of excessive drinking of alcohol is alcoholism. Alcohol dependence emerges not on the quantity of alcohol you drunk but the way your body reacts to alcohol.
Treatment for Side Effects of Alcohol
In many cases, after alcohol consumption even in small quantities, side effects manifest.
- Drink smoothly and sensibly. Alternately drink soft and alcoholic drinks to dilute the alcohol in your body.
- Drink plenty of water before retiring to bed. Water can help eliminate alcohol in your body.
- Food, such as bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich are claimed to effectively relieve hangovers.
- Getting into warm water bath can help relax both your mind and body.
