Red Blotches on Legs: Causes and Home Remedies for Red Marks

I have swollen legs and feet, and blood red blotches over my skin. Also, my feet hurt all day long, and there is a burning sensation in the heels and soles of my feet, as soon as I put on shoes. What do I do? Please suggest some home remedies for red blotches on lower legs.

  • Do you have any urinary troubles?
  • Are you on to any medication for any disorder?

  • Restrict your intake of salt. This will help reduce the swelling and edema of the feet considerably.
  • Cut down on fried foods, greasy foods, organ meat, red meat, processed foods, refined foods and ready-to-eat meals.
  • Milk and its products can be consumed, but ensure that you have cow’s milk or skimmed or toned milk, and its products.
  • When sitting or lying down, make sure, that the legs are slightly elevated, to help drainage.
