  2. The nut is chockfull of omega 3 fatty acids. More over they are full of anti-oxidants called polyphenols.
Polyphenols contain tannic acid, chlorogenic acid, serulic acid, ellagic acid, caffic acid. These have the potential to regulate blood circulation and the conduction of nerve impulses to the brain. They greatly augment memory power and our recall capacity.

I need help to deal with someone who cannot retain her memory and keeps asking the same questions repeatedly. Will a calendar and a wipe board to write reminders, be helpful to the person? My Dad seems to get tired of answering for her all the time. Can someone give any suggestions?
