Answer:

Management for Tuberculosis

  • The most essential part of T.B. management is building the immunity of the patient to fight the infection. Ensure that her diet is nutritious and wholesome.
Give her lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and pulses.
  • Avoid all processed and refined foods, especially sugar, they aggravate the condition.
  • Milk plays an important part in the dietary management. Milk provides adequate amount of protein needed to treat tuberculosis, boosts immunity levels, and helps in weight gain and optimum weight management.
  • Give her lots of pro-biotic foods, such as yogurt, cheese, milk and its products.
These foods pep up the immune mechanisms of the body, speed up cure, and prevent complications.
  • Does she have cough, chest pain, and evening rise of fever? Give her Antimony Tart 30, a homoeopathy remedy, which treats the symptoms effectively and prevents worsening of the disease.
  • Raisins are invaluable in the management of T.B. Soak 10 raisins in water, overnight. Next morning purée the raisins along with the water. This food remedy helps fight fatigue, exhaustion, and weight loss. Also, it prevents fever from setting in. It acts like a tonic.
