Homemade Dry Skin Care Remedies | How to Prevent Hair Loss

My age is 20years, I have dry skin. Please suggest to me some natural and home remedies to get a clear skin. Also, my hair has started to fall profusely, and it seems like I’ll be without hair in few months. Please suggest remedies.

Get Healthy Skin

• Try this home made blend – mix together, 2 spoons of coconut oil, 2 spoons almond oil, 2 spoons olive oil, 2 spoons orange juice or lime juice, and 1 spoon of egg yolk.
  Apply this combination twice a day. The oils will nourish and moisturize the skin, preventing dryness, while orange juice promotes a healthy glowing complexion. Egg yolk provides essential nutrients and moisture, that checks the skin from flaking.
• Also, step up your fluid intake. You must drink minimum 3 liters of water / fluids per day. Dehydration leads to dry skin.

Stop Hair Loss

• Make a hair pack comprising of – 5 spoons coconut oil, 2 spoons mustard oil, juice of 1 lime and juice of 1 gooseberry.
  Mix together and rub this blend in to the scalp. Rub the scalp vigorously, till the scalp begins to tingle. Keep on for 2 hours. Then rinse. Apply this daily for quick results.
• Alfalfa juice provides your body with all the vital nutrients that stimulate a good hair growth. Drink 200 ml of alfalfa juice daily.
• High quality proteins are necessary for preventing hair loss, and promoting luxuriant growth. Proteins provide the building block for hair growth.
