  • Candies, cakes, gums, chocolates and ice cream.
  • Fruit and fruit juices.
  • Packaged foods which contain hidden sugars.
    You should check the label before eating such food.
  • Fermented food and alcohol and beer.

What are the foods that can be included and eaten in an antifungal diet?

  • Fresh vegetables
  • Beans
  • Whole grains and nuts.
  • Broccoli and asparagus are known to eradicate the fungal infection and therefore many doctors recommend them to be taken in regular diet.
  • Eggs, chicken, turkey, lamb.
  • Onions, garlic, cabbage, turnip, Brussels sprouts can be included in antifungal diet.

Celery salad:

  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • 2 Chopped pimentos
  • 2 chopped onions
  • Mix all together and serve on the lettuce leaf.
