Six Meals A Day Diet Plan Menu
Here is a 6 meal menu suited for the purpose:
8 am- breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar, 2 slices of bread, you can apply thin layer of fat free butter.
10 am- a piece f orange or sweet lime.
Lunch- 2 to 3 slices of breads or bread rolls, plenty of vegetables and salads, one cup of rice and one cup curry and one cup of tomato soup, you can have 1 glass of butter milk after the lunch.
6 Meals A Day Menu
3 pm- drink tea without sugar with two to three low calorie biscuits, or a slice of bread.
You can have 3 to 5 baby carrots dipped in low fat ranch.
6 pm- you can have pretzel sticks 3 to 4 in number with a cup of skim milk.
Dinner – as in lunch, eat 3to 4 bread roll, plenty of vegetables and salads. Add two chicken fajitas sautéed in fat free butter with onions and green pepper, eat boiled broccoli half a cup.
On occasions you can add some food without restrictions to menu.
