Symptoms of Glandular Fever
- It often starts with fever and sore throat.
- The lymph nodes swell and are more obvious under the chin and down the side of the neck.A blood test can confirm the illness.
- Children will be tired and will lack interest in everything for several weeks.
The recovery period is a rather lengthy one. Children will usually recover fully from glandular fever.
