Sugar Health Benefits For Children: Sugary Foods To Enhance Memory

As per a new study consuming sugary drinks and foods in moderate quantities can help children improve concentration and enhances their memory.
David Benton, lead researcher, said that the study has proved that sugary foods and drinks greatly boost concentration levels and attentiveness in children. Children in the age group of 5 to 10 years need twice as much of glucose for their brains, in comparison with an adult. After the consumption of the squash, the children’s’ memory test scores improved by over 10 %.
