Are you nuts? Since when is a cleft palate and cleft lip been labeled as “split lip”???
I was born with a cleft palate and bi-lateral cleft lip almost 50 years ago and have never heard it referred to as the above term. Split lips are normally dry, cracked and bloody due to dry conditions and cosmetics.
