Question: I’m 27 years old and 2 weeks before I had a pain in neck and shoulder. I consulted a ortho doctor and he gave mycovita plus and paracitamol with brofen tablets for one week. After one week my pain was not relieved. Suggest any home exercise to relieve neck and shoulder pain.

    Part of the problem that people may have is the forward head and rounded shoulder posture. Yes, maintaining good posture would solve half the problem but to maintain that posture requires daily neck exercises.
