Does Hypnotherapy Work?

Hypnosis is something you should consider if you are suffering from one of these conditions. The process of hypnosis is effective and simple. Hypnosis helps eliminate negative feelings / memories that could be the cause of your trouble. It is most likely one of the best treatment options.

Hypnosis Treatment For Anxiety

Anxiety is a condition, wherein, the individual complains of: apprehension, uncertainty, worry, tension, and panic.

Hypnotherapy for an anxiety-sufferer falls in to 2 categories.

In one, the therapist tries to ascertain the cause, habitually through regression, and aims at changing your perception of the past event and / or let go of the associated emotion.

In the other, he tries to alter your behavior by changing the way you think, and encouraging you to have belief in yourself.

Hypnotherapy For Insomnia

Insomnia is more often than not due to stress and emotional turmoil. Hypnosis breaks through this stress to encourage sleep by telling the subconscious that it is weakening itself by lying awake worrying all night.

The therapist will relax you completely and then ask certain questions regarding sleep.

He will determine the cause of insomnia. He then makes suggestions such as; when you get to bed you will feel sleepy / says that sleep permits you to wake refreshed. He will give post-hypnotic suggestions, like, when it is 10 p.m., you will yawn and stretch. These are powerful suggestions made directly to the subconscious to promote sleep.
