A varicocele is enlargement of the veins of the spermatic cord, or the dilatation of pempiniform venous plexus, more common on the left side in adults.
It is more common in males of the age group of 15 to 25 years, or young adults. It is a small elastic swelling that can cause pain more often in standing position.
It is felt like a bag of worms.
They are the frequent cause of infertility in males. The cause is not clear, but it may increase the testicular temperature leading to decreased formation of sperms.
Hydrocele is the accumulation of the fluid between the membranes that covers the testis. Usually it occurs as a result of trauma to the testicular organs.
Symptoms of varicocele are.
- Dragging pain in the scrotum.
- Atrophy or decrease in the size of the testis.
- Feeling of bag of worms on palpation.
Pain in the penis after masturbation may be due to phimosis (it a condition in men where a fore skin of the penis cannot be fully retracted from its head)
A physical examination is necessary; you have to consult your doctor for the same.
You may not be having any sex problem after marriage, unless if it phimosis of the penis where it can be corrected by small operation of circumcision.
The nerve plexus of the genitourinary tract are nearby, due to this you may be getting pain in the perineum (a place between rectum an penis) while ejaculating. The prostatic fluid also exaggerates the symptoms.
2 years back I was diagnosed with varicocele in my left testis and very small amount of hydrocele in my right testis. Doctor suggested for surgery as I was getting frequent pains. I approached a homoeopath and past 2 years I have no pain in my testis. Only problem I face is whenever I masturbate, I experience pain in my rectum(for 2 minutes) and after masturbation I feel a lot of strain in my penis. I cannot masturbate one more time on the same day and if I do masturbation next day the pain is more in my rectum. My homoeopath suggests that masturbation is cause for varicocele and so I stopped masturbating. Here are my questions:
1.I am getting married, will I have problem in sex?
2. Why is my rectum paining when I ejaculate?
3. Can I have sex twice a day because of this problem?
4. What is the solution?
