Acupuncture Treatment Procedure

  • There will be a partial physical examination during first visit, and detailed medical history is noted down. Then tiny needles are inserted at specific points on surface of the body about an inch, and for stimulation needles are either twirled or connected to a mild electric current and can be withdrawn after few seconds or after 30 minutes.
  • Treatment time is 20 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Chronic conditions may require regular treatments for several months and for acute temporary problems, treatment maybe less.
